About the role
To support the launch of a virtual mentoring pilot, the full-time Program Director of Virtual Mentoring will manage corporate partnerships, mentor training, and program assessment, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead the activation of virtual mentoring partnerships and ensure successful implementation of corporate commitments
Coordinate mentor training and provide ongoing support to ensure a high-quality mentor experience
Track program performance using data to inform improvements and develop recommendations for future scaling
Required qualifications
Proven success in building or launching new programs or initiatives from concept to implementation
Experience managing corporate partnerships, volunteer recruitment, or audience growth initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
