Completed work is reviewed in terms of quantity, accuracy, and timeliness of assigned actions.View pictures of license plates and transcribe the license plate date into the company databaseProcesses and archives records from the serverPerforms general administrative duties as assignedPerforms customer service-oriented duties as assignedThis position is entry-level and may be promoted to a staff assistant.This position has the ability to be remote after the training period. If you are able to do remote work, you must have a reliable internet connection and a private area free of distractions. Training is a minimum of three weeks with a requirement to be in person. The company will not be offering any travel assistance for training.This is an entry-level position with no IT experience necessary, requiring basic data entry, visual verification, and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.RequirementsAbility to communicate with management and to contribute to a positive team environmentAbility to comfortably use MS Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, etc.)Reliable transportation to the officeQualificationsAbility to work in a seated positionHS/GED equivalent
