About the role
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years' work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience using Powered Industrial Equipment (forklift)
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Written & verbal communication skills
- Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently interacts with individuals on the plant floor, near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the production environment is usually loud.
- Lifting < 50 pounds at a time, frequent lifting/carrying objects weighting < 25 pounds.
- Frequent walking or standing.
- Lifting for up to 25% of the workday.
- Pushing/pulling of arms and ability to grasp with both hands.
- Bending, stooping and crouching at times.
- Pay Range$19.00-21.00 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium
