Required Skills:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose battery issues accurately Experience with disassembling and reassembling battery packs using hand tools Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset Excellent communication and customer service skills Commitment to safety with the ability to follow and model all safety procedures Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and stooping Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in refurbishing vehicle batteries Familiarity with battery testing equipment and diagnostic tools Basic understanding of electrical systems and circuits Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in battery maintenance, electronics, or related technical fields preferred Mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience a strong plus Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM shift Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and participate actively in safety programs If you're looking for a role that combines your technical skills with a commitment to safety and teamwork, this Battery Technician opportunity is a perfect fit.
