About the role
Office Assistant Red5 is looking for an Office Assistant available to work 10 hours per week. The primary goal of this position is to help support the Administrative Operations team by covering duties such as front desk reception and support Office Administration.
Responsibilities:
Help manage the front reception area; Monitor the conference room areas, ensuring it is always clean, stocked and ready to use.
Help with the purchase of office supplies and any Exec approved employee purchase requests.
Plan and support organizing office events as needed.
Provide assistance to the Executive team members, as requested; Assist in preparation of expense reports including receipt collection and scanning; Format and prepare non-sensitive documents; Assist in coordination of catering for meetings including pick up; Sort, distribute and ship company mail; Perform general filing; Restocking office and kitchen supplies; and
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal guidance as well as within a team; Ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment; Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communications (both written and oral) skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; as well as Mac OS; and Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. At least 6 months of office experience preferred
