Project Coordinator Dallas, TX | 100% On-Site | Professional Services / Design Environment We are looking for a polished, personable Project Coordinatorto support senior leaders and a busy, collaborative studio team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong administrative foundation and is ready for a role with more exposure, responsibility, and variety. This person will be someone who enjoys being part of a team, builds relationships easily, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. No two days will look exactly the same, so flexibility, good judgment, and a positive attitude are important.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders and the studio
  • Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and changing priorities
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, presentations, documents, and meeting materials
  • Help keep leaders organized and ensure important follow-ups don't fall through the cracks
  • Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, and outside contacts
  • Assist with special projects and changing business needs
  • Work closely with other coordinators and team members across the organization

  • Experience supporting a CEO, Principal, Director, or other senior leader
  • Polished, professional, and personable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Someone who can read the room, build rapport, and work well with different personalities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Confident working independently without needing a lot of direction
  • Team-oriented with a genuine no job too small mentality
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Architecture, design, professional services, or a similar industry background is a plus KWBH4445 #MON
