About the role

Territory Manager Industry leader in the building materials industry is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a territory in the Greater Las Vegas, Nevada area. This role will develop and execute territory strategy, build relationships with key industry stakeholders, and guide complex, consultative sales opportunities from prospecting through close. Drive territory growth by developing and executing a strategic sales plan, building a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and proactive opportunity sourcing. Build trusted relationships with developers, owners, investors, architects, contractors, and other key decision-makers throughout complex, long-cycle sales processes. Communicate technical value clearly, translating complex product and performance concepts into compelling business, sustainability, and occupant-comfort benefits. Bring 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales, ideally within real estate, architecture, construction, building products, or related solution-based markets; strong negotiation, communication, planning, and organizational skills. Operate with ownership and initiative, using data to guide decisions, independently solving problems, and collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and field teams. Travel 50%+ for customer meetings, events, and business development; valid driver's license required. Candidates based in the New York City or Boston metropolitan areas are preferred.
