Private Investment Firm - Administrative Assistant A leading private investment firm is hiring several talented Administrative Assistants to support senior professionals across the organization. These are not “sit back and wait” administrative roles. The firm is looking for confident, highly organized problem-solvers who can anticipate needs, navigate demanding schedules, and thoughtfully push back when priorities compete. Financial services experience is not required—resourcefulness, judgment, attention to detail, and personality fit matter most.
What You’ll Do:
Own complex, rapidly changing calendars for multiple professionals Coordinate domestic and international travel Schedule meetings and manage detailed logistics Prepare and process expense reports Anticipate conflicts and proactively recommend solutions Balance competing requests and communicate priorities Respectfully push back or ask clarifying questions when needed Collaborate with an experienced and supportive administrative team Ensure important details and follow-up items never fall through the cracks What Will Make You Stand Out Five or more years of administrative experience preferred Experience supporting multiple executives or senior professionals Exceptional organization and attention to detail Confidence working with accomplished, strong personalities Sound judgment and the ability to ask thoughtful questions Resourcefulness—you identify solutions rather than waiting for instructions Reliability, follow-through, and ownershipA collaborative approach and openness to feedback Bachelor’s degree highly preferred The firm welcomes candidates from a wide variety of industries.
