Job Description: We seek a dynamic Sales and Technical Manager with deep lighting conceptions & systems expertise, as well as a proven sales track record. You’ll drive growth by partnering with luxury brands, lighting designers, interior designers, architects, designers, channel partners, and clients to position ZEPLINN architectural fixtures.
Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth & Strategy Develop new business with luxury retail brands, designers, general contractors, and distributors. Generate leads through proactive outreach, client visits, and conversion of inquiries to orders. Achieve quarterly sales targets across ZEPLINN solutions offerings. Leverage existing networks in China to accelerate market entry. CRM management, contract negotiation, and exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to travel for client/project needs. Ad hoc tasks as required.2. Technical Consultation & Support Advise clients on specifications: photometrics, optics, controls, and energy compliance. Provide onsite installation support and project management guidance. Deliver technical training to channel partners and internal teams. Oversee technical requirements and serve as cross-functional advisor.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in technical sales (lighting/electrical/architectural products).
Education: Degree in Engineering, Lighting Industrial, or related field.
