About the role
- Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans.
- Provide motivational, consistent, and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships.
- Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals' daily routines and life skills, including: nutritional guidance, employment and volunteer opportunities, social and relationship development, personal care and hygiene, medication administration
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.
- (Required Skills & Qualifications)
- Deep understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring emotional/mental health needs.
- Skilled in monitoring, documenting, and communicating progress clearly and professionally.
