On pace to roughly double bookings this year, the team is scaling fast; new hires walk into open territory, a proven sales motion, and real upside.
What You Will Do: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Source and qualify net-new opportunities across the light industrial staffing space Book and run product demos independently Sell to HR, procurement, and operations leaders managing contingent labor programs Build pipeline through a mix of self-sourced and inbound leads Use AI tools to help qualify and prioritize leads
