About the role
To support client needs, the part-time Remote Coaching Specialist will provide coaching services, develop personalized action plans, and facilitate virtual sessions using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, focusing on personal and professional development
Create tailored coaching plans based on individual client assessments and goals
Utilize various digital platforms to conduct coaching sessions and maintain client engagement
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience
Certification from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EAPA)
Experience in virtual coaching environments
Proficiency in using digital communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex
Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and client-centered approaches
