About the Opportunity:
Our client is a growing, award-winning staffing and recruiting firm recognized for its strong culture, industry expertise, and long-standing client partnerships. They provide a full range of workforce solutions, including Contract, Direct Hire, EOR, and RPO services, supporting organizations across a variety of industries. They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to expand existing relationships, develop new business opportunities, and play a key role in the company's continued growth and success.
Position Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding existing accounts. Working closely with an experienced recruiting team, this individual will serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and deliver customized talent solutions that help clients achieve their hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, social media outreach, and relationship-building activities
- Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth within existing relationships
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and recommend staffing and workforce solutions
- Develop and present proposals and service offerings to prospective clients
- Partner with recruiters throughout the hiring process, including candidate presentations, interview coordination, client debriefs, and offer negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring trends, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of business opportunities and manage activity within the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business development, account management, or sales experience within the staffing and recruiting industry preferred
- Candidates with a proven track record of consultative B2B sales success will also be considered
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and activity metrics
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM systems (Bullhorn preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
