What You'll Do:
  • Assist with daily coffee production, prep, packaging, and general back-of-house tasks
  • Work the walk-up window as a barista
  • Handcraft exceptional coffee and tea beverages to our quality standards
  • Prepare and serve food while maintaining food safety standards
  • Learn our coffee program, workflow, and quality standards
  • Cultivate genuine connections with customers and teammates
  • Maintain a clean, organized café and production space
  • Communicate effectively with your team and leadership
  • Handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Uphold our values of excellence, honesty, and service
What We're Looking For: Weekend availability is required Ideally has been on-island for 6+ months and plans to stay Comfortable working within our operating hours: Mon–Fri: 6:30 AM–1:00 PMSat–Sun: 6:30 AM–2:00 PMGenuinely wants to learn coffee and grow into both production and barista skills Enjoys early mornings and a fast-paced, small-team environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Friendly, customer-oriented, and comfortable serving guests at the window Ready to brew up something special with us?
