About the role

The Blattner Company seeks a Regional HSE Manager to champion our safety culture across regional projects. You will serve as an HSE expert and consultant to site teams and client HSE professionals, using data and real Blattner examples to coach leaders toward a stronger safety culture. You will travel up to 75% and collaborate with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team and Quality to embed safe methods into work plans, coordinating safety training for leadership.
