Job Description:
H2O Innovation provides public works management services & operations assistance for water & wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations, and businesses across North America. H2O is currently seeking a Plant Managerto join our team in Harrison County, MS.

Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and compliance
Supervise and support plant operators and assigned personnel
Monitor treatment processes and adjust as needed
Review operational and laboratory data to maintain treatment performance
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of plant equipment
Maintain accurate operational, compliance, and regulatory records
Respond to alarms, equipment issues, and emergency situations
Assist with inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements
Train employees and enforce safety procedures and company standards The Skills We Are Looking For
Active Class IV Wastewater Operator License
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulations
Experience with wastewater plant operations and supervision
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
