In this role, you'll play a key part in budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth — while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams and clients.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planningAnalyze financial performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboardsSupport budgeting and forecasting processes across departmentsProvide insights and recommendations to improve financial performancePartner with cross-functional teams — including Corporate Accounting & Finance and Operations & Services — to support business initiativesConduct ad hoc analysis on key business drivers and KPIsHelp prepare presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clientsEnsure data accuracy and integrity across financial systemsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role (3+ years with an MBA)Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)Experience with financial systems (e.g., Core) and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BIStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office, or willingness to develop itNice to HaveMBA, CFA, or CPA (or progress toward certification)Experience in the furniture, workplace solutions, or services industryExperience with SQL or other data analysis toolsWhat Makes You a Great FitA growth mindset — you actively seek out ways to develop and be challengedA collaborator — you build strong relationships across a fast-paced, deadline-driven teamA strong communicator — you convey information clearly to stakeholders at every level, in writing and in personA problem solver — you stay optimistic and creative under pressureAn empathetic teammate — you listen well, support others, and aren't afraid to ask for helpWe are an equal opportunity employer.
