Job Title1. 90% Project Management & Vendor Oversight (CMS Buildout Focus) Strong experience leading end-to-end CMS implementations or rebuildsProven ability to manage external development vendorsOwn delivery: timelines, sprint planning, backlog, QA, UAT, and final go-liveAbility to review deliverables, enforce quality, and keep vendors accountableThis is now the MOST critical requirement2. Hands-on Web Technical Expertise (Code Review + Debugging) Strong working knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptBackend exposure (PHP preferred) Must be able to: Read, review, and debug vendor codeHandle light development tasks (bug fixes, configs) Experience with at least one CMS:WordPress / Drupal / Kentico (nice to have)3. AWS-Based Web Platform ExperiencePractical experience with: AWS-hosted websitesHosting architecture, deployment pipelinesCDN, caching, performance optimizationSecurity best practicesAbility to coordinate deployments, staging, and production releases
