This role focuses on the precision packaging and assembly of sensitive technical components in a clean, professional environment. We are scheduling immediate interviews for reliable candidates ready to start a consistent, full-time career. Position Details
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM . Environment: Clean, climate-controlled, and organized production floor.
Key Responsibilities: Precision Assembly: Hand-assemble small technical kits and components with high accuracy. Detailed Labeling: Ensure all parts are correctly labeled, capped, or sealed according to strict quality standards. Quality Inspection: Conduct visual checks of finished goods to identify any defects or inconsistencies. SOP Compliance: Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product uniformity. Documentation: Maintain basic production logs and track completed units.
Qualifications: Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with 100% accuracy. Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small parts. Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality for an early morning start. Communication: Ability to read and follow written English assembly guides. Physical: Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift and perform manual tasks.
