- Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure high-quality production by using measurement and inspection tools effectively
- Streamline processes to improve productivity and maintain accuracy
- Handle materials with a strong understanding of their properties and characteristics
- 3+ years of experience in a high-precision machining environment
- Proficiency in CAM programming, setup, and operation of CNC Vertical Mills and LathesStrong familiarity with Fanuc controls (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of shop math and material properties
- Skilled in using inspection tools
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
- Occasional Fridays may be required
