About the role

Langley Trust seeks an experienced Head of Chaplaincy to provide strategic Christian leadership across the organisation. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) is home-based with regular travel to our Central Office in Coventry and services across England. You will lead and develop the chaplaincy team, strengthen relationships with churches and partners, and help create opportunities for clients, staff, volunteers and supporters to encounter the love of Christ.
