We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our spa team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who is passionate about wellness, exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, coach, schedule, and support spa staff, including estheticians, massage therapists, and front-desk team members. Deliver an exceptional guest experience from booking through checkout. Monitor sales, memberships, retail performance, and other key business metrics. Manage inventory, ordering, supplies, and vendor relationships. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and professionalism. Handle guest questions, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Create and implement strategies to increase bookings, revenue, retention, and retail sales. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety regulations. Support marketing promotions, events, memberships, and client retention initiatives. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications: Previous management or supervisory experience in a spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or related environment. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong business and sales awareness. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Proficiency with scheduling, POS, and basic computer systems. Professional appearance and a passion for wellness and hospitality. Relevant state licenses or certifications are a plus.
