About the role
- Deliver, install, and set up major appliances (refrigerators, washers/dryers, ranges, dishwashers, etc.) per manufacturer and client specifications
- Mount and install home theater systems, TVs, soundbars, and related AV equipment
- Travel to job sites across assigned regions on a rotating schedule (typically multi-day trips)
- Operate company or rental vehicles safely; manage tools and inventory in the field
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and retail partners on-site
- Complete job documentation, photos, and paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at every job site
- Prior experience in appliance installation and home theater/AV mounting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel extensively (multi-day trips, overnight stays covered by company)
- Physically able to lift/move heavy appliances and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a 2-person crew
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Competitive day rate (based on experience)
