About the role

Demand Generation Coordinator – $85K to $100K Base + 10% Bonus – New York City (Hybrid) – 401(k) MatchRevsUp represents a fast-scaling, PE-backed provider that transforms wastewater into a renewable resource for industrial leaders like food, beverage, and manufacturing firms. This 64-employee, PE-backed firm ($200 million growth equity commitment from Pennybacker, plus a $150 million credit facility from ING Capital), which operates 35+ plants and is deploying $120M in capital in 2026, is hiring a Demand Generation Coordinator to own and scale its paid demand generation engine. The role is hybrid from the New York City office at 250 Broadway, four days per week on-site, reporting to the Director of Marketing, with about 10% travel. Solution A fast-scaling, PE-backed water-reuse infrastructure company designs, finances, and operates water treatment systems that turn industrial wastewater into a renewable asset. Under its Water-Energy Purchase Agreement model, customers pay per gallon with zero upfront CapEx, dramatically reducing costs, risk, and environmental impact. As regulations tighten and sustainability mandates increase, the company’s solutions are redefining how manufacturers handle water. The company’s project at Anheuser-Busch’s Houston brewery received a Distinction in the Industrial Project of the Year category at the 2025 Global Water Awards, and TIME and Statista named the company one of America’s Top GreenTech Companies of 2026. The company’s deals run $10M to $15M, so the pipeline you build is measured in real opportunities, not click counts. RoleOwn the company’s paid demand generation program day to day: build, launch, and optimize LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns against defined target accounts and industries, managing audiences, bidding, budget pacing, and creative. Real budget with room to grow: $150K in paid spend through the end of 2026, with roughly $300K planned for 2027 as campaigns prove they convert, and private equity backers ready to invest more in the channel. Turn clicks into pipeline: optimize landing pages, forms, SEO, and nurture sequences, and own attribution (UTMs, HubSpot campaign tracking, lifecycle stages) so every dollar maps to a sales opportunity. You will work as part of the revenue operations team alongside Sales. You will be measured like the BDR team: marketing’s 2027 goal is $60 million in qualified opportunities, and with an average deal size around $15 million, every qualified opportunity you drive matters. This is a hyper-focused demand generation seat, not a design role: the company’s design and content overhaul is largely done, and any newsletter or design help is a nice-to-have that can be outsourced.$85K to $100K base plus a 10% annual bonus ($93.5K to $110K total target cash) and a 401(k) with up to a 3% match, vested immediately; everyone at the company is bonus-eligible. Hybrid from the NYC office four days per week, with about 10% travel.
Ideal background: 2 to 4 years running paid campaigns, HubSpot fluency, conversion-rate instincts, and writing that lands with an engineer, a plant manager, and a CFO. Clean tech or industrial B2B and ABM exposure are pluses; leadership cares far more that you can run demand gen than where you come from.
Interview process: a first round with the HR Director, a joint interview with the Director of Marketing and CRO, and an assessment step; all interviews run on Microsoft Teams. The target start is November 1, 2026, but the company is prioritizing the right fit over speed.
Culture: Rick Garrison, then Plant Manager at ADM’s Vineland, NJ facility: “The WEPA solution was a game-changer. It allowed us to achieve compliance without the massive capital outlay and eliminated the burden of wastewater management.”The CRO on the seat: “We really just need someone to hyper focus on this.”A lean, close-knit marketing team led by the Director of Marketing, working side by side with the CRO and a growing NYC sales team; the culture rewards reliability, collaboration, and ownership of results. Water is front-page news: the company’s pipeline includes a major data center water-reuse project, and the conversation is far easier than it was 18 months ago. The new CEO, a 30+ year industrial water and wastewater veteran and former CEO of an environmental technology company, took the helm in February 2026 with a mandate to scale. A rare marketing seat where attribution is taken seriously: eight-figure deals and quarter-long cycles mean your reporting is read by the C-suite. Employees: 64
Office: NY, NYOfficial Job Description
The Demand Generation Coordinator owns day-to-day execution of the company’s paid demand generation program: building and running campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, optimizing the landing pages and forms those campaigns feed into, and proving which spend produced which sales opportunity. This corporate, hybrid role is based in the company’s New York City (Tribeca) office and reports to the Director of Marketing. Because the company’s sales cycle runs in quarters rather than weeks, campaigns are measured against leads that convert to sales-qualified opportunities rather than volume alone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads against defined target accounts and industries, managing budget pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and creative rotation. Optimize the landing pages, forms, and nurture sequences those campaigns feed into, testing changes that improve conversion rate from click to lead. Own lead attribution: maintain UTM discipline, HubSpot campaign tracking, lifecycle stages, and source reporting to show with evidence which spend produced which pipeline opportunity. Run the company’s social presence, including scheduling, engagement monitoring, and distributing content on water reuse and onsite treatment. Keep brand identity and messaging consistent across every channel the company owns. Work with Sales to adapt messaging and materials for specific industries, from food and beverage processing to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Maintain HubSpot records, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and the automated sequences that support nurture and sales handoff. Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, journalism, or environmental science; equivalent practical experience is acceptable in place of a degree. Two to four years of experience building and running paid media campaigns.
Skills & Abilities: Highly organized and reliable on deadlines. Working knowledge of a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred), including campaign tracking and lifecycle workflows. Comfort with conversion-rate thinking: able to look at a landing page or form and identify what to test next and why. Ability to build a report, explain what changed, and recommend adjustments for the following month. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adjust tone for an engineer, a plant manager, and a CFO.Preferred, Not RequiredB2B experience in clean tech, industrial, manufacturing, environmental services, engineering, or utilities. Exposure to account-based marketing. Comfort producing visual ad and social creative in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with long, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
