About the role
Overview
In this role you will enable practical AI across Home Depot by configuring and scaling GenBI capabilities, building robust data solutions, and integrating new data sources. You will work with the Databricks ecosystem to resolve data quality issues, automate validation, and produce actionable insights for business partners. The role combines analytics leadership with hands-on development of scalable data products and reusable algorithms. You play a key part in modernizing analytics to support profitability and cross-functional impact.
Responsibilities Design and develop scalable algorithms and models for large datasets to generate business insights Act as a technical lead on analytics projects and may independently lead small initiatives Efficiently execute tasks with high quality and apply advanced analytical methodologies Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence execution Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and impact Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to align project goals Explore new data sources and maintain replicable, codified data products and process documentation Develop and maintain a library of reusable algorithms and ensure code documentation Integrate enterprise data sources into a scalable multi-agent architecture and maintain AI regression testing pipelines
Key requirements 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics Experience with Python Experience querying data (Google Big Query or SQL)Experience with generative AI, large language models, or conversational analytics Experience with the Databricks ecosystem Experience with Git Hub repositories and CI/CD practices Experience applying statistical techniques and predictive modeling to business problems Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field Strong communication skills Cross-functional collaboration Customer focus PythonSQLGoogle Big Query
