About the role
Building long-term relationships with Strategic clients, the full-time Senior Customer Experience Manager will ensure successful onboarding, drive adoption of AI solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Strategic customers to demonstrate the value of Maven's platform
Lead efficient and customized onboarding engagements tailored to complex enterprise workflows
Partner with customers to drive platform adoption, identify scaling opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on AI best practices
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or CX leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or AI-enabled platforms
Strong account management experience with technical and strategic stakeholders, particularly with Fortune 100 clients
Familiarity with AI/ML, LLMs, or enterprise automation tools is a plus
Experience in navigating AI quality, prompt tuning, or training data workflows
A customer-first mindset with a passion for ethical, human-centric AI
