About the role
Executing sales activities in a structured, high-volume environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Inside Broker will manage new and renewal business by quoting, placing, and binding insurance policies while serving as an intermediary between agents and carriers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Execute new and renewal business activity by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies within established guidelines
Market insurance products by identifying appropriate coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks
Serve as a primary point of contact for agents on assigned accounts, managing communication and responding to inquiries in a high-volume environment
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designation preferred
Experience within wholesale insurance, including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities
Appropriate state-specific insurance license required
Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting concepts, and market placement practices
Ability to manage high-volume workflows with speed and accuracy
