Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our network. In this role, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web applications. Your advanced knowledge of PHP and Laravel will be key in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities: Lead the development of advanced web applications using PHP and Laravel. Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and execute project requirements. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance development practices.

Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong focus on Laravel. Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL).Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in managing projects and mentoring teams.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern PHP frameworks and tools. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience leading or managing development teams.
