Job description: Assist Management of global company’s internal fleet, travel and contract labor programs. Point of contact for drivers, vendors and who need support internal customers related to all categories. Additionally, not a travel agent, supporting global programs similar to Fleet Management, in the travel space. Assist in Building a global program with reports related to budgeting, scheduling, maintenance and fleet progress globally.
Responsibilities:
  • Using OBT (online booking tools) like Atriius and Wonder mile among others along with wide ranging partners globally
  • Analyzing reports on fleet, travel, and contract positions
  • Reconcile Fleet invoices
  • Identifying methods to decrease costs and improve efficiency
  • Being the main contact for internal customers
  • Assist in the Contractor, Travel and Fleet space.
  • Keep track of different processes and requests status, in all assigned categories.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office (Pivot tables and D365)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends that could impact efficiency
  • Good problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities
