About the role
AmeriLux Job Opportunity At AmeriLux, we value culture above all else and look towards the future with optimism. Our goal is to place our team members in a position that will make them feel the most fulfilled. Our team members are empowered to make a play as we believe that the only people who have never made a mistake are those who have never done anything. Role Facts: Pick Your Schedule: Choose 10-hour or 12-hour shifts. Team members on 12-hour shifts earn an extra $2.00 per hour. Part Processing: Trim, cut, drill, deburr and finish formed parts using drill presses, miter saws, table saws, routers and hand tools. Machine Support: Load, unload and monitor thermoforming and compression machinery to keep parts moving through production. Precision and Quality: Measure and inspect parts against width, length and spec requirements, including custom modifications. Flag and set aside anything that doesn't meet standard. Prep and Pack: Label, stage and package finished parts so they ship accurate, clean and on time. Operational Excellence: Work with your team to hit goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
