Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Home Health Per Visit / PRNPenn Home Health Care is seeking a caring and dependable Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide home-based therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. Service Areas: Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties, PA
Position Type: Per Visit / PRN
Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist. Assist patients in improving functional independence and safety. Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic activities. Report patient progress and changes in condition. Complete timely documentation.
Qualifications: Current Pennsylvania OTA license. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Home health experience preferred.
