A well-respected law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate with strong transactional and contract experience to join its corporate practice.
Responsibilities: Handle a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate governance Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements Advise clients on entity formation, corporate structuring, and ongoing compliance matters Collaborate closely with partners on deal execution and client counseling Manage matters independently while contributing to business development efforts
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in corporate transactional work Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation Excellent academic credentials and active bar membership in good standing Strong communication and client management skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
