About the role

Patagonia is seeking a Trade Compliance Leader to own and advance our global trade compliance program from Ventura, CA. You will partner with Sourcing, Product, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and IT to optimize duties, exposure, and cross-border movement while maintaining strong controls and governance. You will guide risk-based programs (ISA, CTPAT), oversee classification, origin, and valuation processes, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.
