Growing together.The role of the Executive Assistant is to support the business prioritization needs of a few executives for which you are directly assigned as well as collaborate with the business segment Executive Assistants to ensure consistent and productive support for the Executive team. The role requires individual judgement for assigned tasks while collaboration for many team meetings and priority requests.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as Executive Assistant to UnitedHealth Group Security, Environmental Safety, and Real Estate leadership team with the highest levels of performance and professionalismManages leaders' calendars, travel, expenses, and key meetingsUtilize your advanced experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Adobe software for internal and external meetings and communicationsMeet with leaders for proactive meeting support and reminders for critical meetings, including preparations before critical meetingsProvide coverage (e.g., phone; email; reception) for other leadership team members as neededProvide organized resources (itineraries, meeting materials, etc.) for upcoming leader travelMaintain and distribute lists as needed (e.g., organizational charts; email; distribution; vendor; contacts; phone)Greet and direct internal and/or external partners (e.g., contractors; auditors; vendors) to appropriate locations and/or staffWork effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionalsServe as back-up Business Segment Liaison (BSL) coordinating office moves including hardware and software requisitions, coordinating travel arrangements, new hire onboarding for executive leadership and other office management responsibilities for fast-paced, growing organizationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:5+ years of administrative experience in support of senior leaders in a highly matrixed organizationIntermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) to create and edit professional documentsAdvanced level experience in Microsoft Office Outlook for complex calendar management, scheduling meetingsExperience in organizing meetings and troubleshooting in Microsoft Teams virtual meetingsExperience coordinating office moves including hardware and software requisitions, travel arrangements, new hire onboarding and other office management responsibilitiesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $34 - $60 per hour based on full-time employment.
