Traveling Project Executive (Data Center Projects) If you’re a Project Executive who thrives in high‑stakes, high‑speed environments - the kind of leader who can oversee massive electrical scopes, guide PMs and Supers, and drive mission‑critical execution, this role is built for you. What You’ll Lead: Full lifecycle oversight of large‑scale Ground‑Up Data Center electrical projects Strategic leadership across PMs, Senior PMs, Superintendents, Senior Supers, and General Supers Financial strategy: forecasting, cost control, margin protection, and executive reporting Client relationships, contract negotiations, and high‑level coordination Fast‑track scheduling, manpower planning, and multi‑project oversight Commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover for complex mission‑critical systems
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of electrical construction leadership experience
  • Proven success overseeing Ground‑Up Data Center projects
  • Strong financial leadership, contract management, and executive‑level communication
  • Ability to lead PMs, Supers, and large field teams with clarity and confidence
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
  • A decisive, strategic, solutions‑driven leadership style
  • A passion for building mission‑critical projects and developing high‑performing teams
