About the role

Fervo Energy in Houston, TX is hiring a Director of Internal Audit to design and build the internal audit function from the ground up. You will establish a SOX program, define risk universe, and deliver independent assurance across finance, IT, OT, and regulatory compliance. You will work with the CFO, Audit Committee, and external auditors to ensure a strong control environment, coordinate co-sources, and drive the function toward the Chief Audit Executive role in 18–24 months.
