About the role
Passionate about fitness and wellness, the full-time Associate, Strategy Development will assist in strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership evaluation while working remotely with senior leadership to shape the company's direction.
Key responsibilities
Assist in data-driven strategic initiatives and conduct market and competitive research to inform executive-level strategy discussions
Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options and support negotiation processes for partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop strategic frameworks and communicate key conclusions through executive presentations
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role such as investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development
Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior leadership
Bachelor's degree required; top academic record preferred
Genuine curiosity about the consumer, fitness, and tech landscape
