About the role

Analog Integrated Circuit Designer We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analog Integrated Circuit Designer to join our growing semiconductor design team. In this role, you will assist in the modeling, design, transistor-level schematic capture, simulation, and physical layout of precision high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for integration into ASIC or SOC devices or for stand-alone analog/mixed-signal products. You will work closely with product marketing, senior design, layout, applications, and test engineers to bring silicon products from concept through tape-out, validation and product release. Design basic analog and mixed-signal building blocks (e.g., amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, LDOs voltage regulators, data converters, or PLLs) using industry-standard EDA tools Perform rigorous circuit simulations (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo) to verify performance across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) corners Collaborate with layout engineers or perform custom IC layout, ensuring proper matching, shielding, and parasitic minimization (DRC/LVS verification)Create and maintain behavioral models (using Verilog-A/AMS, MATLAB / Simulink) for system-level modeling and mixed-signal simulation Assist in defining test plans, characterizing physical silicon in the lab using oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, and debugging performance discrepancies Participate in design reviews, and create detailed design reviews and validation reports
Requires: BS/MS/PhD, Electrical Engineering and at least five (5+) years of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design experience Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals, including device physics. Proficient in custom digital circuit design principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with industry standard EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Siemens AFS / Symphony Pro, Synopsys Prime Sim, Verilog-A, MATLAB/SCILABExperience with standard lab bench equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, spectrum analyzers)
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 (depending on experience)

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
