When you join Savills, our ask for you is simple:Be extraordinary, together.About the RoleThe Senior Client Services Coordinator provides high-level operational, administrative, financial, and project support to the Global Occupier Services (GOS) team. Working closely with and under the direction of the Director of Operations, this role supports GOS Leadership and Transaction Management teams while assisting with key financial processes, Salesforce project activity, client deliverables, and reporting.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a fast-paced, geographically dispersed team. This position requires strong judgment, accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to proactively identify where additional support may be needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operational SupportPrepare and submit expense reports for GOS Leadership, ensuring expenses are accurate, properly documented, coded, and submitted in a timely manner.Provide operational and administrative support to GOS Leadership and team members as directed by the Director of Operations.Assist with special projects and other operational initiatives as business needs arise.Prepare ad hoc reports, analyses, and information requests as requested by the Director of Operations.Salesforce & Transaction SupportProvide overflow Salesforce project support as needed, including project entry, updates, and other project-related activities.Assist the GOS Transaction Management team with transaction-related support based on workload and business needs.Help maintain accurate and timely project information and supporting documentation.Client DeliverablesCreate client surveys as needed in support of GOS Transaction Management assignments.Prepare tour books and related tour materials for the GOS Transaction Management team as requested.Assist with the preparation, organization, and quality control of client-facing materials to ensure professional and consistent deliverables.Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable SupportIn conjunction with the GOS Senior Project Associate:Assist with GOS accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding receivables, researching payment status, and coordinating follow-up as directed.Support GOS accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and payment coordination.Assist with vendor payments and co-broker payments, including gathering required documentation, tracking payment status, and helping resolve payment-related questions.Support timely and accurate processing and tracking of receivables, vendor payments, and co-broker payments.Additional ResponsibilitiesServe as a flexible resource for the GOS team, providing support in areas experiencing increased volume or requiring additional assistance.Maintain organized records and documentation related to projects, expenses, receivables, payables, and other assigned responsibilities.Identify process gaps or opportunities for improved efficiency and communicate recommendations to the Director of Operations.Build effective working relationships across GOS and other internal teams.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Operations.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and geographic locations.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of assignments through completion.Experience with expense reporting, accounts receivable/payable, transaction coordination, or similar operational processes preferred.Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and financial/expense management systems preferred.Commercial real estate or professional services experience preferred.Success in This Role:Success in this position requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, highly dependable, and comfortable shifting between operational, financial, and transaction-related responsibilities.
