You'll be: Sorting corn to remove discarded waste and returning cobs needing re-husking Ensuring only undamaged seed advances in the drying process, improving product quality Maintaining safe work habits and adhering to safety requirements Standing or sitting for long periods while performing duties This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods and possess good eyesight Have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record Are comfortable working in an environment with exposure to dust and corn dust (allergens)Can pass a drug screen and background check prior to starting Adhere to dress code requirements: closed toe shoes, long pants, short sleeve shirts What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
