Then DHL Express needs to speak with you! We currently have an opportunity available for a highly qualified Digital Account Specialist. The Digital Account Specialist serves as the dedicated specialist accountable for maintaining operational continuity across a defined, repeatable workflow with predictable volume. The position reduces process fragmentation, minimizes rework, and mitigates execution risk by driving adherence to service level standards, established operating procedures, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and prioritize all Digital Account Opening (DAO) requests. Ensure timely acknowledgment and progression of all requests within established service level agreements. Perform due diligence, validation, and account readiness reviews. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain required documentation. Validate onboarding requirements to ensure accurate account creation. Ensure successful account activation and readiness for onboarding. Troubleshoot account setup issues and escalate as appropriate. Maintain accountability for DAO requests from intake through activation and follow-up. Serve as the primary point of coordination throughout the onboarding process. Minimize unnecessary handoffs and ensure seamless progression of requests. Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps. Ensure compliance with established onboarding, documentation, and business standards. Minimize operational risk and reduce rework through attention to detail. Monitor handling times, request volumes, and workload distribution. Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking. Provide input into operational reviews, workforce planning, and scalability assessments. Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, customer support, or high-volume transactional operations. Experience managing workflows with service level agreement (SLA) accountability. Experience handling multiple customer requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with case management or workflow systems preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
