The business offers the breadth of a larger consultancy with an entrepreneurial culture and significant opportunity to shape a growing market.The Role:We are looking for aManaging Director to lead the Minneapolis market , with a strong focus onEnergy & Infrastructure, particularly electric and gas utilities .The MD will be responsible for growing the market, developing senior client relationships, leading teams and ensuring strong commercial and delivery performance.Key areas of focus include:Developing relationships with senior utility executives and expanding strategic accountsDriving new business, pipeline development and market growthLeading major utility transformation and infrastructure programmesAdvising clients acrossgrid modernization, generation, transmission, capital investment and operational transformationNavigating regulated utility environments and complex stakeholder landscapesBuilding and developing senior consulting talentTaking ownership of market P&L, revenue and marginsProviding executive oversight on major client engagementsAbout YouWe are seeking a senior consulting or professional services leader with:13+ years' experience , ideally within Energy & InfrastructureDeep knowledge ofelectric and/or gas utilitiesEstablished relationships with senior utility decision-makersA strong track record in business development and revenue growthExperience managing P&L and complex client portfoliosProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsCredibility with senior executives, boards and regulatory stakeholdersJ-18808-Ljbffr
