About the role

TCS Northwest, LLC. is seeking a Foreman to lead a dynamic field crew on a SW Montana site. You will plan and direct tasks, protect the budget, and uphold high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Expect field authority to make decisions and maintain an efficient, well-documented operation. You will manage 3–10 crew members, develop lookahead schedules, and use Procore daily for logs and reporting, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and quality remains high.
