About the role
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company revenue goals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
