Job Summary:
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
- Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fitness studio management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus
- Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
- Mondays & Thursdays: 7 am - 6 pmTuesday & Fridays: 7 am - 1 pmRotational Saturdays: 7 am - 12 pmExpected hours: 30-40 per week
