What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage tax engagements for HNW/UHNW individuals and families Review and prepare complex federal and multi-state returns (individual, trust, estate, partnership)Provide strategic advice on income, estate, gift, and trust tax planning Serve as a trusted, year-round advisor to clients Mentor and develop junior team members Collaborate with legal and investment teams to deliver integrated solutions What You Bring 5-8+ years of progressive tax experience (public accounting or HNW advisory Active CPA required, or must be an Ensured Agent on a CPA track Strong expertise in individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxation Proven client-facing and relationship management skills Experience with HNW/UHNW clients or family offices strongly preferred
