Powder Coat Processors With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. We're looking for two Powder Coat Processors to join our production team! This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow in a manufacturing environment. If you've worked in labor, construction, or other hands-on roles, you'll feel right at home.
Pay Rate: $21/hour (Temp-to-hire)
Schedule: 1st Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm-some overtime expected

Duties: Sandblasting parts prior to coating Performing quality control and paint inspections Hanging door and window frames on the overhead line Supporting general powder-coating operations Working in a warm and loud environment (especially in summer-cooling gear like ice vests and popsicles provided!)
Position Requirements: Comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks Able to lift, hang, and move materials throughout the shift Willing to work in a hotter/louder environment Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn Great attention to detail especially in quality inspection Team-player attitude
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
Work Location: Allegion, Snoqualmie, WA 98065. Job Types: General Labor, General Production, General Warehouse, Laboratory.
