Hourly rate: $34 W2Role Overview
The HR generalist supports multiple organizations within the BEXT (Builder Experience) group, partnering with HR teams and supporting technical IT and Generative AI professionals. This role assists employees who raise concerns through AZA, applying HR policies and procedures, analyzing HR-related information, and recommending appropriate actions to management. The position requires a combination of general HR knowledge, strategic HR experience, and employee relations investigation experience. Top 3 Must-Have SkillsHR Experience – Experience administering HR policies, procedures, employee support, and HR operations. Strategic HR Experience – Ability to analyze HR-related concerns, provide insights, and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with organizational objectives. HR Investigation Experience – Experience reviewing employee concerns, gathering information, conducting investigations, and supporting appropriate resolutions. Nice-to-Have SkillsAI and Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and the ability to create effective prompts to support HR tasks. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Communication and Collaboration: Experience using Slack or similar platforms to communicate with employees and HR stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A candidate with approximately 2–4 years of HR experience, including strategic HR support and employee relations investigations. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, discretion when handling sensitive employee concerns, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to support multiple organizations in a shared-services or pooled HR model.
