Pay: $17.00? $18.00 per hour + Paid Drive Time & Gas Stipend
Schedule: Monday? Friday (6:00 PM Start | 6?8 hours/night | ~30?40 hrs/week)Service Region: Greater Grand Rapids Area (Including Walker, Rockford, and Downtown)

Role Overview: Are you looking for a dynamic role that bridges hands-on work with operational management? Corporate Cleaning Group is hiring a Mobile Field Lead to support night-to-night service coverage across our northern and central Grand Rapids commercial facilities. Working closely alongside our Territory Manager, you will help maintain quality control, assist with onboarding new team members, and step in to ensure client accounts run smoothly each evening.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for evening site coverage and quality assurance. Perform routine quality audits across commercial and medical client locations. Provide hands-on sanitation support, including surface disinfection, trash removal, floor care, and restroom upkeep. Assist in training incoming cleaning staff on proper procedures and facility protocols.
Qualifications: Valid driver?s license and dependable personal vehicle (for site-to-site travel).Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. Background in custodial work, retail leadership, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Ability to pass standard background screening. Why Corporate Cleaning Group?
