You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader.ResponsibilitiesDevelop implementation plans for review by senior managerWork independently to identify required tasks and initiate activitySupervise and guide less senior project staff in implementation of the workServe as a direct point of contact for the client on the assigned projectsApproach project problems with a solutions-oriented mindsetOversee the development of complex databases and project schedulesPresent information to the client in facilitation of decision makingDevelop information for review by more senior staff before presentation to owner for decision makingFacilitate and document operational workflow developmentDevelop comprehensive orientation and training plansAssist in development and coordination of patient relocation plansDevelop monthly report for review by more senior staff prior to submissionAssist in the preparation of scopes of work for competitive procurementsMonitor adherence to contractProvide input into and participate in performance reviews, as requestedAct as owner's representative in managing onsite vendors during activation and move timeframesQualifications EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION BS or MS degree in related field3-10 years of hospital nursing or other clinical hospital experience1-2 years of project management or consulting experienceOr equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Well - developed understanding of hospital operationsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, TEAMS)Excellent listening skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsConstruction document and drawing literateKnowledge of, BluebeamAbility to travel up to 60% and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessarySalary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
